How do I log in to ELS? 

Open the ELS sign-in page and select Log in. Enter the username and password provided by your institution. If the page redirects you to an institutional identity service, complete sign-in there and return to ELS.

Check the site address and make sure Caps Lock is disabled. Use the password recovery option only for accounts managed directly by ELS. For institutional single sign-on accounts, use your institution’s password recovery service.

If access still fails, include the exact error message and the time of the attempt when contacting support. Never send your password.
